Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka: 2–4 business days

Outside Dhaka: 4–7 business days

International Orders: 10–15 business days (depending on customs and courier availability)

Please note, handcrafted or made-to-order products may take slightly longer than usual during festive or busy seasons.

Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳80

Outside Dhaka: ৳130

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns, which will be clearly announced on our website or social media pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
You can use that tracking ID to check your parcel’s real-time status.

Each product is carefully wrapped in eco-friendly packaging, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. We make sure your order arrives safely and beautifully.
